Dylann E. Hayes, LCSW-S

SHE/HER/HERS

Therapy can be intimidating, and I wholeheartedly respect the courage and vulnerability it takes to seek support. Sometimes life is just too overwhelming for us to navigate on our own and with our current resources. That is where I come in.

I bring experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families in both non-profit agency and private practice settings. I have extensive knowledge and training supporting children, adolescents, and their families in navigating family conflict, traumatic stress, suicidal and/or homicidal ideation, non-suicidal self-injury, attachment, and behavior challenges.

Therapy is your space

to be your whole self.

I am an ally of the LGBTQIA+ community, and I thoroughly enjoy working with clients of all ages and backgrounds. I primarily work with adolescents and younger adults in their late teens, twenties, and thirties. My clinical focus was derived from my experience, passion, and clients who I feel I am the most effective with.

CLINICAL FOCUS

  • Trauma and/or Intergenerational Trauma

  • Anxiety and Worry

  • Depression and Peripartum/Postpartum Depression

  • Rumination/Repetitive Negative Thinking

  • Self-Esteem and Confidence

  • Relational Conflict Stress

  • Suicidal and/or Homicidal Ideation,
    Non-Suicidal Self-Injury

I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Child and Family Services from Southern Illinois University and my Master of Social Work from Texas Christian University. I then completed 3,000 hours of clinical experience and supervision required to become a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas. I am also recognized as a Board Approved Clinical Supervisor.

Curious about the “why” and “how” of my profession, I immersed myself in research by completing an undergraduate senior honors thesis and worked as a research assistant at both the undergraduate and graduate level. By valuing knowledge and as an avid consumer of research, I ensure I provide cutting-edge implications in my practice.

I am especially proud of my experience managing a crisis intervention intake program as it provided me with greater knowledge of resources to direct my clients to additional support in our community that I cannot provide. Examples include psychological testing, residential treatment, or alternative therapies.

WHEN I’M NOT WITH MY CLIENTS

I enjoy restaurants and coffee shops with my husband, cuddling our adopted fur-baby, spending time with friends and family, watching sports, reading, and tending to my plants and home.

Bethany Brown, LCSW

Change is possible for everyone. While transitions can be challenging, they provide opportunities for growth, transformation, and empowerment. Bethany strives to help individuals develop self-awareness, build resilience, and gain the tools they need to navigate life’s challenges in a way that is both practical and emotionally sustainable.

Bethany utilizes a strengths-based and solution-focused approach, integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) as she believes that every person already possesses the capacity for growth and healing.

Much of Bethany’s experience has been working with children and families, but she is passionate about supporting young adults as they navigate life’s complexities and discover their most authentic selves.

Bethany enjoys the food scene in Fort Worth and finding new places with good matcha, spending time with friends, traveling, working out, and going on walks with her pup!

Paige Stokes, LMSW

As a therapist, I strive to create a safe and warm space for each of my clients. I believe that this allows clients to feel most comfortable and creates a positive space for growth. I incorporate evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy. I focus on utilizing a client-centered approach, which allows my clients to experience a session that is uniquely tailored to their own needs.

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Family Life and Human Development at Southern Utah University and my Master of Social Work from Texas Christian University. During my internship at The Women's Center of Fort Worth, I gained valuable experience supporting a wide age range of clients in managing symptoms of depression, anxiety, and processing trauma. I also had the opportunity to work with young adults as they navigated significant life decisions and the stress that often accompanies these transitions.

When I am not working with clients, I spend most of my time with my family, friends, and kitty. I also enjoy trying out new hobbies such as crafting and running, or experimenting with new recipes. I look forward to meeting with you and working through those life challenges together!
